We are proud to finally announce this event. Much thought has gone into making this something special and unique. Why? Because The Hoover House is unique and we want to make this a night to remember in every possible way.
So, here’s the breakdown of what this night is shaping up to look like..
As you may have read in the advertisement, we are throwing away all modern equipment for the first portion of the evening – we are going old school. We will employ, with the help of some very talented people, some rarely utilized techniques and practices (by today’s standards). Things you may have only read about or always wanted to experience but just never had the opportunity. Well, here it is. The opportunity.
We have a ton of battery-operated candles that we will utilize to enhance the atmosphere and the mood.
BONUS! DRESS THE PART FOR A FREE GET HAUNTED GIFT
Attire: For those who are seriously committed to this experiment, we ask that you wear attire similar to what would be worn in the early 1900s. We encourage you to play along here.
What will this experiment unveil? Will it enhance the activity that the house already provides us?
We hope to find out.
You will rotate through vintage experiences until we are roughly half-way through the evening. Then we will crack open the equipment cases and move on to a modern investigation.
OPTIONS: you have two options to secure a spot for the experience...
BOOK A ROOM - There are 4 rooms available. Each of these rooms is DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. The ticket price is for TWO people. Price includes your room and a ridiculously delicious breakfast that has been generously offered by Pam Barry.
INVESTIGATION ONLY – this will secure your spot without a booked room. There are plenty of hotels in the area.
For folks that book a room: You can check in at 3pm that day. We will already be there and will have some time to hang or grab a bite if you are feeling it. That also gives you some time to see the house prior to the event.
NOTE: If you book a room, we hope you will be kind enough to potentially allow some investigation of the room at some point. NOT MANDATORY but would be highly appreciated, so leave your unmentionables in your suitcase until you’re all locked up.
